Other Information

Photos 1-3 are views of the east end of the barn.

Photos 4-6 are views of the west end of the barn.

The Mail Pouch ad, on the west end of the barn, was painted over an ad for Indian Echo Caverns. You can see a faded portion of the ad with the words 'AHEAD TO' clearly shown, (in Photo 6) an indication that the barn would have had to be on the south side of the highway since headed east, on US Rt. 322, would be approaching the Indian Echo Caverns exit.

This barn was torn down in 2003 by Jeffrey Mack.
Where to find it

*GONE (torn down in 2003)* US Rt. 322 (Paxton St.) west of Hummelstown & Indian Echo Caverns exit, at Hummelstown, by about 1.7 miles. The barn was on the left side of the highway headed west. Two ends. Black. Greatly faded.
