Other Information

The aerial photos from the Ohio Dept. of Transportation were used to pin down the exact location of this barn.

For coordination purposes, in Photo 8 Schwallie Rd. is marked in 'Red". In the ODOT aerial photo (Photo 7) Schwallie Rd. in marked in 'Red'. The barn is circled in 'Yellow'. In Photos 4 & 5 (Google street views) the barn is in the distance and is circled in 'Yellow'. The barn was still in view in Aug. 2008; however, by Nov. 2018 only a portion of the top of the barn roof is visible (circled in 'Yellow') because of all the addtional construction. In Photo 6 (Google street view) looking in at the side of the barn from US Rt. 62. The whie barn is in the center of the view in the background.,
Where to find it

*GONE * (Building remains, Mail Pouch sign covered) US Rt. 62 southwest of the intersection with OH Rt. 32 by about 3.6 miles. The barn is on the left side of the highway headed south. The Mail Pouch sign was on the north end of the barn. One end. Black background.
