Other Information
In Photo 6 the building is clearly visible at the right of the photo. The Mail Pouch sign is different than the Mail Pouch sign in the other photos. The date of Photo 6 is established as March 1907, during the Great Flood. Photos 1 & 2 are identified as being taken in 1907. Since photo 6 is definitely taken during the Wright Brothers overflight of Parkersburg, which occurred in 1910, and the Mail Pouch sign in Photo 6 is identical as the sign in Photos 1 & 2 it can be surmised that the new sign was painted after the March 1907 flood. 
Where to find it
*GONE (razed)* Probably the NE corner of 1st St. (extension) and Avery St. intersection in Parkersburg. Reviewing the photos with Google Earth maps indicates that this is the most logical location for the building.
