North corner of E. Emmitt Ave. (US Rt. 23/OH Rt. 335) & N. Market St. (OH Rt. 220), in Waverly. The brick building is on the right side of Market St. headed northwest. The MP sign faces northwest. Side of brick building. Prevalent brown. Greatly faded.
